Our team of chefs gather their ingredients from the market on a daily basis to prepare our dishes ensuring that all the items on the menu are in season according to the British food calendar. This massively helps us to reduce food wastage which is common in all restaurants and supermarkets across the UK.

This is a great way to help you eat without any fuss at home, resorting to a microwave meal or eating unhealthily.

The idea is that you are able to take home individual dishes to complement a course or, if you prefer, an entire meal - so all you have to worry about is the washing up!
